Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders.
Shipping Range
Delivery Area: We currently ship within the United States.

Order Processing Time
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2 - 3 business days, Monday to Friday.
Shipping Time: Orders take between 5 - 8 business days (Monday to Friday) to arrive at the destination from the moment your order has been processed.
Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 5:00 PM (EST) will be processed the same day; those placed after will be processed the next business day. (Monday to Friday)
Delivery Time
Total Delivery Time: We require 7 - 11 business days (Monday - Friday) for your order to arrive from the point of putting in your order.

Lost or Damaged Items
Damaged Orders: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours to initiate a resolution. Without photo evidence, we cannot guarantee a replacement.
Lost Orders: In most cases, delivery is on time. However, if your order has not arrived after the regular delivery time plus 3 additional days, please contact our customer service.
Part of my order is missing – what should I do?: For larger orders, your items may be shipped in multiple packages for logistical reasons. In this case, you will usually receive the missing products within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday) after the first package.
