At Guessey, we care about sustainability. Instead of shipping small, individual orders daily, we collect and ship in bulk once we reach a minimum threshold. This helps reduce our environmental impact—thank you for supporting a healthier planet!
What are your return policies?
You may return your order within 30 days of receipt without needing to provide a reason.
Once we receive the item in good condition, we’ll refund the full order amount, including initial shipping costs.
Return shipping costs from your home to our warehouse are your responsibility. These costs vary depending on the product and carrier.
Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving your return. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.
If a product is damaged or shows excessive wear beyond what’s needed to check it, we may deduct depreciation from your refund. Please handle items with care and ensure they’re securely packaged when returning.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes! If you’d like to cancel, contact us at info@guessey.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Please include “Cancel” + your order number in the subject line for faster support.
Orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.

How much are the shipping costs?

Where is my package?
Once your package is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking notification via email. If your order is split into multiple parcels, you’ll get a tracking number for each shipment.
Why isn’t my tracking number working?
It can take 1–2 business days for the carrier to update tracking information. Thanks for your patience!
Can I exchange an item?
