If you’d like to exchange an item, we’ll process your request within 7 days of receiving the returned product and ship your new item as quickly as possible.
Return Process
If you prefer a refund, simply return your item to our designated warehouse within 30 days of delivery. Once we receive the returned item, we’ll process your refund within 7 days. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear on your payment method, as processing times may vary depending on your bank.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us right away and include a photo of the issue. We’ll prioritize your request and resolve it within 3 business days. A replacement item will be shipped to you at no additional cost.
Customer-Initiated Damage
Please note, we cannot accept returns or provide compensation for items that have been damaged due to customer use or handling.
Shipping Fees
If a return is initiated by the customer (e.g., change of mind, wrong size), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If the return is due to our mistake (e.g., incorrect or damaged item), Guessey will cover all shipping fees.
